Coach David entered the Strength and Conditioning with a fascination of how everything worked: getting stronger, leaner, and living a healthy lifestyle. As a high school track and weight lifting athlete, David wanted to maximize his athletic potential safely and efficiently. This opened up a rabbit hole in terms of wanting to know more which eventually led to David pursuing an undergraduate degree in Sport & Exercise Science from The University of Central Florida. While at UCF, David spent a lot of time in the Sport & Human Performance department observing and participating in research studies. This exposure then led David to pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sports Performance from The Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. David currently holds active certifications with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Sports Nutritionist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition, and is also an American Red Cross Instructor for First Aid & CPR. David works with busy parents that want to lose fat without restrictive diets or endless cardio.
