We have also expanded our offerings during this time by increasing the number and type of classes we offer. Our classes now include HIIT, Mobility, Boxing, Glutes, Upper Body, and Lower Body options. We have also invested in new gym equipment and refurbishing our existing equipment to give our clients as many options in their training as possible.
