FTX uses both individual and small group training to help clients regain muscle strength and a sense of well being.
By participating in our strength & conditioning program, clients will begin to rebuild muscle, develop cardiovascular endurance, naturally release endorphins, relieve stress and begin to have an overall feeling of being fit. FTX trainers all hold multiple certifications from the top certifying bodies like ACSM, NASM, and NSCA. Many hold degrees in the movement sciences. We focus on both the eccentric and concentric movement of the muscles as well as remove the risk of injury that free weights and other gym equipment might pose to clients. Resistance bands also help assist in range of motion exercises implemented by the Physical Therapist.
